    Hubbard Feeds

Hubbard Feeds in Sioux City, Iowa, sustained significant damage due to extremely high winds. Knowing Walker Brothers would be their best choice, they gave us a call. In just 4 days, we framed metal hat channel to the feed tank and installed 24 ga., 92″ metal wall panels over a 4600 square foot area. Good as new!

      Sioux County Courthouse

Finished in 1904, the Sioux County Court house is a significant historical landmark in Iowa. You can imagine just how important the decision to replace the aging roof must have been! We were so excited about being chosen for this huge responsibility, knowing full well this was indeed one of the most significant projects we would ever tackle. In just 12 days, Walker Brothers Construction moved 98 tons of the original Ludowici French tile and replaced it with 12 tons of Varitile Stone Coated classic tile in the Caldera Color.

Additionally, we installed it over a counter Barton system for 100% complete ventilation under the new stone coated metal roof. This step means significant energy and cost savings.

We especially enjoyed this project knowing full well how important it was to preserve the dignity and the history of this beautiful building!
