6000 ft.² of quarter inch tapered insulation was installed over current 6 inch insulation system adding an overall R-value of our 38 to the existing R26 roof installation.
A half inch dense deck hail-resistant cover board was attached over the insulation assembly then the 80 mil TPO was fully adhered to the dens deck cover board giving this roof assembly Decades of worry-free roof maintenance.
New 24 gauge color clad metal flashing was also installed around the perimeter of the building to give it the final impressive touch.
